I'm 5'3" i weigh 171 pounds i wanna weigh in between 110 and 120.So ya i need a good excercize and diet paln

hey! i just created a workout plan for me!!!you may want to try it

~8 glasses of water
~ 5-8 fruits/veggies
~ healthy snacking
workout:
do 8 minute abs everyother day, and 8 minute buns everyother day.
(so its like monday= 8 minute abs tuesday=8 minute buns, wed=8 minute abs... you get the point)

on top of that, go for a run
(and after the run a cool down walk)
do the run /walk combo 6 days a week, and on sunday, just walk
