Has any one tried Acai Berry capsules from Holland & Barrett - London, UK, which one of them is effective?
I bought the ACAI Berry 100% All Natural Juice Drink from there and its been 2 days I am having it.
I want to try the ACAI Berry Capsules, please advice if any of you have tried either of the below products from holland & barrett, and if so has it worked for you in weight loss?
ACAI Capsules - Triple Strength (1500mg)
ACAI with Green Tea Capsules (1500mg)
ACAI Daily Cleanse Capsules (1000mg)
ACAI Berry Capsules (500mg)
Please advice which of these are more effective in weight loss and increasing metabolism, acai juice is definitely working for me as its helped me cleanse almost everyday, as I had major constipation issues previously.

How many capsules per day? and did you do any form of exercise or diet along with it?

They worked the best for me, it just 1 month i lost almost 30lbs. I used to be a size 18 in jeans and now i am a 12.
