I took the wrong pill!?

Well I'm on ortho tri cyclen. For those who of you who don't know what it looks like, it comes with 7 white pills, 7 blue pills and 7 dark blue pills. The 7 green inactive pills. Well yesterday II was supposed to take my light blue pill but was holding the package wrong and took a dark blue pill instead. I know all the pills come with the same active ingredieants except they get a little stronger each week. I dont know if its gonna screw up the effectivness or not? Should I just continue taking the light blue pills now and for next week I will take the light blue pill I forgot and then the 6 dark blue pills?? Im prolly gonna calll a docotor tomorrow but I thought I would check on here first.
