Strongest Thermogenic Fat
I took a fat burner capsule. Is that good ?
i am 14. It says on the label at the front, The world's strongest ECA stack. Its by the Designer Ergogens.
and at the back it says:
One capsule to be taken 40 minutes-1 hour before intense workouts. As a thermogenic agent, take one capsule 2-3 times a day after food. Do not take if you have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure thyroid or prostate condition, you are taking MAO inhibitor medication or are pregnant or lactating.
What does that mean? it was my first time, and i only took one which was in the morning. and after this i won't take anymore. but I wanted to know.
my sister said it won't harm my health because she is taking them and she knows.
this is my FIRST time and it is the LAST as well. i just wanted to know.
Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) are a class of powerful antidepressant drugs prescribed for the treatment of depression.
Stackers (the tablet you have taken) have a very high caffeine content.
Make sure you drink plenty of water as caffeine is a diuretic (it dehydrates you). They work by draining excess water from your body!
I personally would NOT recommend them - long term use can have myriad health complications.
Im glad you have asked for advice rather that listen to your sister - who obviously doesnt know what she is doing!
