Iam trying Shapeworks advanced protein Plus... I started 3 days ago... Has anyone tried it, and Does it work??
I have trouble drinkin 4 pills 3 times a day.. If you have tried it... How did you manage the pills??
I actually lost 95 lbs on the Ultimate protein plus in 8 short months. I didnt like taking the supplements either, but after I lost 13 lbs my first week, I got used to it in a hurry. The program really does work
