Can you get abs in 3 weeks?
If your slim anyway. by eating a healthy diet reducing my calories and doing cardio and ab workout twice a day? is this possible? for a girl
i don't usually exercise just naturally slim so i wont start till today

Umm it really depends on how much belly fat you have now and how much other body fat you have to lose and where your belly fat is "in line" to be lost per your body's predetermined fat loss order as determined by genetics and hormones. It also depends on whether you're knowledgable enough to implement and stick to the correct strategy. It's a more complicated answer than you might think.
Don't bother doing abs twice a day, in fact if you just want to drop your belly fat don't bother doing ab exercises at all. Focus on the cardio and eating right. Don't just reduce your calories you have to eat the right things.
But 3 weeks is enough time to lose 6 lbs of fat if you do it right, which would probably make a difference in your ab visibility.
Yes anything that is high in protein will help you lose fat. Cottage cheese comes to mind, you can also go and buy some whey protein powder, also there's nuts, canned tuna, salmon, chicken, turkey, skim milk, etc etc etc. Do a google search for "lean protein sources" for tons of ideas. Nuts are actually somewhat high in fat but it's the good kind of fat so it's no big deal.
