What does it mean by do not exceed 6 rapid release caplets in a 24-hour period?
The slim quick dietary supplement has a dosing chart and had said that for week one you take only one capsule.
For week two you take two capsules.
and for week three you take three capsules.
this is a twice a day thing.
take the first dose in the morning and the second six hours later.
but then it says " do not exceed 6 rapid release caplets in a 24-hour period."
That is what i don't get. If in week three your suppose to take three capsules twice in that day, then why does it say to not take six capsules in a 24-hour period?
Can someone please explain this to me?
It means don't go over that amount.
Just a bit of advice. Those tablets are not going to work. You need to change your diet and exercise if you want to see results
