Pyruvate Fat

Sprints block the release of fat molecules from fat cells due to pyruvate and waste products of sugar?
metabolism. Anerobic exercise is NOT better for fat loss. A steady run for a significant amount of time is.
AEROBIC is best.
Sprints have NEVER made me lose fat at all- in fact I gained.
Yes you are right, a long run at a slower steady speed will make you lose more calories than a short sprint. Sprinting is good too if you combine it will slower, endurance-building jogging because when you heart rate goes up and then slows down and goes up again this is good cardio exercise. Sprinting will help you build muscle and tone up however. So for weightloss.. running/jogging at steady consistent speed. For muscle building or toning.. sprinting.
