Why doesn't Mexico have clean drinking water for the majority of its people?
I talked to a water expert. He says its easy to do with so many ways to purify water these days. There really is no excuse for it. I've heard that a man names Carlos Slim really holds the power to do this in Mexico but gets too much money from selling pure water to tourists. Is this true?
I don't doubt this story >I get a better understanding of their plight through compassionate people like you.
