Am I at risk of heart disease?
Okay..I eat quite alot of unhealthy food - like food high in sugar, fat and salt (pizza, fried chicken, etc), and I get little or no exercise, plus I drink Coca-Cola like everyday. I am not overweight because the medicine I take for ADHD (concerta) reduces my appetite. Oh, and I'm 17.
Am I putting myself at risk of heart disease?
There's no family history of heart problems.
I would say yes. You could be eating foods with high cholestorol. Cholesterol is bad. You could also risk yourself for diabetes. Try eating fruits,veggies,diet colas, and exercise more.
Fried foods are good but in the end there bad for you.
