Hi,is there any homeopathy medicine to become slim,if anybody knows please help me,with name of the medicine?
Hi,before marriage i used to be very slim and now i am gaining weight which is making me to worry so much, dialy i do walking and play tennis and i dont have any medical problems , i eat very carefully even though iam putting weight, i heard that some homeopathy medicine slim downs the body with out side effects, if anybody knows confidently plz help me out with medicine name. waiting for the replies
Walking is not enough, though I noticed you play tennis too. Anyway, a healthy low fat- enough calorie diet and plenty of exercises in the form of aerobics, should help you. Even despite that you are gaining weight and if you have any other symptoms, you may get a check up. After ruling certain conditions out, you may try homeopathic or other medicines. But the steps I have mentioned will be a must, whatever you try.
