DIET HELP! i have a plan!?
this is my general intake for 1 day;
5 am; take 1 metabolism booster (tablet; thermogenic), 1 Vitamin C tablet, 3 Fish oil tablets.stretch and either do weights or abs.
6:20; 1 bowl bran ( protein enriched), 1 sliced banana, 3 sliced strawberries with 1 cup low fat milk ( high calcium).
7:30; 1 vitamin B5, 2 small vit C, 1 multi mens vitamin, 1 scoop protein shake ( thermo genic) + 2 scoops sustagen (+fibre) mixed with low fat milk.
Go to school
First break: 3 Strawberries, 1/2 chicken roll and 1 banana.
Second Break: 1 kiwifruit, 1 apple, 1/2 handfull almonds
Home: 3:30pm 2 piecesof wholemeal bread + enough pasta to make a sandwhich, 1 multi vitamin, b5, 1 vit c.
4:40 Ab work out until 5:20, ( really hard, that was today, other days i usually do weights or go for a max of 6km run)
6: 00 go for a 30 min walk ( to get some air and cool down after tough exercise)
6:00 Rice + chicken ( or just some fruit for snack)
8:30 3 Fish oil, 1 piece fruit
what can i do better?
Well for starters your over training, which will ultimately deplete your HGH levels therefore reducing growth so you could workout less for starters. Stop having so much cod liver oil tablets, theyre a bit hardcore compared to standard oils, so substitute someof those supplements for olive oil, canolas good for cooking etc.
can't see why youre eating the fruit at 8:30? you don't need it.
on the other hand if you're a hard gainer whos bulking rather than cutting then just do what a mate of mine did and eat all day every day while working out heavily. unfortunately i don't know much about hard gainers.
careful with the cod liver oil though, vitamin A overdose can be a bitch.
