Should I take CLA(Conjugated Linoleic Acid) to reduce fat?
i really want to reduce my Bulging Belly and get a better shaped body.I DON'T need to reduce WEIGHT, just FAT. I have heard and read a lot about CLA on the net.
Does it really work? has someone used it? Should I go for it?
Yes it does. Make SURE it's 100% Tonalin. The darker the better/purer.
It is not a major or signifigant reduction in body fat...but it does work for 3-5 lbs of fat to get you started.
