What are some good ways to jump start my weight loss?
Im want to lose about 55 pounds. I'm currently about 225lbs 5'5" and 19 years old. I have already cut out soda, what else can I do? What are good ways to stay on track? what happens if I cheat on day? Is a treadmill a good form of exercise? Should I exercise before or after I eat dinner? Please Help I really need all the help I can get.
