Hoodia patches and other weight loss stuff?
I am desperate to lose weight, I must have something wrong with me because I go to the gym 3 times a week and swimming twice a week, I eat really healthily but I have never lost 1 pound. I am 3 stone over my ideal weight so am about to try Hoodia patches (I dont like tablets!) - has anyone got any diet/weight loss secrets and success stories?

If you don't like tablets go with hoodia liquids they are known to be effective. With hoodia patches, it questionable whether or not the p57 from the hoodia is transmitted through the skin or not.
