Help with medical abbreviations?

Here's a list of Chart Abbreviations that i need to translate but I don't know. A little help would be nice, thanks!

Schedule B1 Wk in AM including CBC, BUN, and FBS
Dilute 1 tab in 1 pt H2O
1 cap qid pc and HS
FF1 cl liq to 240 mL q2h
2 gtts OU qid q6h
Dx: COPD, 02 prn, IPPB bid q12h
Dx: CVA, CT of brain stat
Rx: 20 mL KCL IV
EMT is certified for ACLS

Scheduled Blood work in the morning
Dilute 1 tablet in 1 pint of water
1 capsule at hours of sleep
FF1 Clear liquids to 240 ml( ccs) every 2 hours
2 drops in eye every 6 hours 4 times a day
Diagnosis Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease..oxygen as needed .Pulse and blood pressure every 12 hours
Cerebral Vascular Accident..Cat Scan of brain Immediatley
20 ml (ccs) invtrovenously KCL= potassium chloride
Emergency Medical Technician certified in Advanced cardiac life support
