I will do a blog on Yahoo 360 about "fat burners" soon, keep checking it for updates.
Exercise and eating a healthy diet will help with weight loss/management.

Choline: has not been classified as a vitamin, the daily recommended intake is 550 mg(men) & 425mg(women) you can find it in milk, liver, eggs, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds & wheat germ. There have been no known deficiencies in Choline. Look at how much is on the label 1000mg in Lipotrophics.
Choline functions as a precursor for lecithin (made in the liver) a phospholipid in cell membranes (fat that makes up cell membranes), it's also involved in the formation of acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.

Inositol: not a classified vitamin either but it shows up in supplements like Lipotropics, skin/hair care products
