Why does it seem like i cant get skinnier even tho im not that thin?
ok so i really wanna loose 10-15 lbs, well at least look like ive lost weight, but it gets me so mad when i just stay the same frickin weight no matter what i do!!! i never drink soda or milk really cuz im lactose intolorent,i dont eat potato chips or candy (ok well occationally i have a candy bar), i exersise for 30 min- 45 min about 2 or 3 times a week. my weight is 135 lbs and im 5'6 and 16 years old. i mainly hate my ams and stomach and back. when i grab my stomach i can grab like 2 inches of fat!!!! its gross!!! its also hard for me to exersise a lot cuz i have bad knees,elbows,wrists,ankles,back and hips! i know i sound like a old person but i used to be very hard on myself. i just bought japan rapid weight loss pills online and im thinking maby those could help me out i dont know i just hate myself.
I know you probably feel really self conscious but your weight is totally healthy! The exercise you do is probably adding muscle which is why the numbers on the scale aren't going down. You really don't have to lose weight though; you sound perfect! Weight loss pills are not the way to go. In fact, if you are at a healthy weight, it is not a good idea to try to lose weight as a teenager. You have plenty of time to do that as an adult. You're still growing, and a growing teenager should be eating between 2200 and 2500 calories a day. Try buying a pilates tape or taking a class. It'll help you firm up and make your muscles nice and lean (though it may not necessarily bring the numbers on the scale down, you will look better).
