Has anyone tried Hoodia for weight loss?...If so doest it work?

Can anyone share his/her experience about hoodia? I am planning to buy hoodia for loosing weight?
It's a bit over hyped. Hoodia IS an appetite suppressant, but I haven't found it to be that effective. I've talked with others at the gym, though, that swear by Hoodia and how well it works.
My advice would be to give it a try. It might be effective for you, and it's not a high cost product. Couple the hoodia with a lot of cold water, a sensable, low-cal, low-carb, high protein diet and you will loose weight. If you feel that the hoodia isn't worth what you're paying for it, just don't buy any more and continue on with your diet.
