Taking herbalife, suggestion?
Hey guys,
I'm really confused now! I'm on herbalife, they supply Shapeworks prodcuts. Anyways, I started two weeks ago, the lady who i bought it from told me i need to blend two scoups of the shake, and one scoupe of the protien with 1%milk two times a day to loose weight.
I was told by someone else that this is wrong, and i will not loose weight if i put two scoups of the shake. She said the herbalife scoop is too big and i would only need one small teaspoon of it.
if you are taking it, what are you doing? i'm getting two different answers from the distrubutors
Congrats, on taking the first step to getting your weight under control. sorry that you have distributors that are confusing you. First off always read the label the directions there are always the best. the correct mixture for the shake is 2 heaping tablespoons or 2 level scoops of Formula 1 meal replacement mix. the Protien powder is one level tablespoon is equal to 5 grams of protien , so depending on your protien needs, will determine how much of that to use.
