What is your diet like?
I went vegetarian in November.
I started eating JUNK food. EVERY day! Chips, cookies, cake, brownies, you name it. Every day!
Last weekend I decided it was enough. I want to get in shape before summertime (mind you, my current measurements are 5'6", 33-25-37, and I am 124 lbs, so I am not fat, I just want to slim down and eat healthy).
My average daily diet is:
Breakfast: Low-sugar, low-fat oatmeal, OR Special K cereal, OR if I am in a hurry, an apple or banana.
Snack: Apple or Banana.
Lunch: At school (college) I typically buy another bowl of Special K: Red Berries.
Dinner: Pasta (either olive oil and herbs or tomato sauce)
Dessert: Fat free yogurt, fat free vanilla bean ice cream, raspberry-blueberry-strawberry and granola parfait.
So what is YOUR diet like?

What are your goals?
You really need some more protein. Try eating egg whites for a meal, nuts for a snack, peanut butter, anything. Stop eating Special K. It has way too much sugar.
My diet is pretty much the same for everyday
Breakfast: oatmeal with a little milk, some blueberries, and 3 almonds
Lunch: a ham sandwich on whole grain bread, with spinach, mushroom, and mustard; an apple, banana, or pear, depending on the day, and a 90 calorie granola bar
Snack: low calorie yogurt with some granola and blueberries, a cup of cheerios with no milk
Dinner: anything from vegetable soup to grilled chicken to salad to a pork roast. This meal varies the most for me. I also eat some cereal throughout the day, which isn't good, but I run for 30 minutes everyday and lift weights.
