Guo Weight Loss

Guo Weight Loss

Can you translate from Chinese? "Pai you guo".?

I know that it is a tea to Weight loss, but what exactly does it mean?
I appreciate the concerns, but I'm not taking the tea. I humbly say that I'm sknny by nature. I was just curious because many friends talk about it and just like you guys, I'm concerned for them.
Thanks!

排油果 (pái yóu guǒ)

This is not a true Chinese term. It means "Oil elimination fruit." Most websites say this this is some kind of citrus fruit.

Be very careful with things like this. Vitamins and supplements such as these are not monitored by any regulation agencies and some have proven to be dangerous.

Reading some claims where one can lose ten pounds in two weeks while taking this tea . . . to be frank, almost anyone can lose ten pounds in the first two weeks of proper eating and proper exercise. It's called water-weight loss.

Same goes for losing 15 pounds in a month. Not extremely unusual or out of the ordinary.

The question to ask is . . . does the weight stay off? Is a healthy lifestyle a regular thing? Drinking a tea isn't going to do anything for anyone.

Eat less. Burn more. Eat smart.
