I don't like water? Please Help?
Alright, well this might sound strange, but I really don't like water. I mean, I'll drink it after a fitness test or if it's the only thing to drink, but other than that I avoid it. It's really annoying to deal with. I usually drink milk or orange juice instead, and occasionally lemonade. (I don't like soda either) Anyways, I have acne that I can't get rid of. My twin sister drinks a lot of water and she doesn't have any skin problems, and I've read online that water really helps get rid of bad skin. I'm also a picky eater, and I mainly eat greasy foods, so I don't know if that is the cause of my skin. Please help me, I'm so sick of my acne and it's really affecting me! Please no rude comments about how I don't like water either, I know that it apparently tastes like nothing but I do drink it (as mentioned) and to me it does has a taste. Thanks!
I know what you mean. I used to hate water. I still hate milk and orange juice. I also only like lemonade with a bunch of sugar. I also think water has a taste, ugh. I am going to tell you how I got over hating water so much. About 3 or 4 months ago, I challenged myself to make myself like water. I started with only sips at a time, and gradually added more and more until I was used to drinking it. I now am up to about 2 1/2-3 bottles/glasses of water every day. I started with only 2 or 3 sips of water a day, remember that. Every week or less I added more water to drink. Next I am going to challenge myself to eat healthy and lose weight. Like losing about 50lbs!
