best fat burner for cutting?
what have you found to be the best fat burner for cutting? ive heard some pretty good things about Alri Hyperdrive 3.0 and VPX meltdown. theres also this new product i'm hearing rave reviews about called muscle asylum project Arson. Heard of it?
What works the best in your experience?
Also--please no answers saying 'lots of protein and exercise'...I'm a female and eating mass amounts of protein and exercising doesnt get me cut. I'm looking for fat burners.
well, 'fat burners' dont work. So you can forget about that. 'Fat burners' are usually just some type of energy pill, and most if not all of the time, they mess up your whole balance of hormones and nothing good can come from it.
What you need to do is play with your diet. I'm not sure if you are cutting to stay cut, or cutting for a photo shoot, or bodybuilding show or what, but if you pull all your carbs and eat only proteins and fat, this will cause your body to burn first the ingested fat, then the stored fat as energy. This is how bodybuilders do it before a show, and also how many competitive lifters drop a weight class without losing muscle.
It would cause your body a lot of trouble to go on this diet full time, so you can rotate, one day on that diet, one day normal diet. (especially if you are still trying to gain muscle it is important to have every other day a normal diet) It may take a couple weeks for you to start noticing a difference, but this is how the pros and amateurs alike do it. no magic pills. unless you're on steroids, then thats a different story. then you would want to do a similar diet but take 'winny' which is considered a cutting steroid because it helps you to retain muscle while cutting stored fat.
