What is the quickest way to loose fat? please be specific and please help?
i want to loose fat and i don't know the fastest way. please help and be as specific as possible for example if i need to run how many miles a day or any pills and websites. thanks. please help
Eat about 2000-2200 calories a day. Eat lots of veggies, lean meats(such as chicken, ham), rice, fruits(Not too much fruits though, because some contain large amounts of natural sugar), etc. If you have access to a treadmill, put it at the highest incline and walk for 1 hour at a pace of 2-4 mph. If you do not have access to one, do some interval training. Sprint for 30 seconds, walk/jog for 1 min, repeat, do for 10-15 min(This is really tiring). Also drink about 8 glasses of water a day.
