Is it okay if I use fat burner medicine to reduce my weight ? I went to the doctor ....?
Is it okay if I use fat burner medicine to reduce my weight ?
I went to the doctor and he told me that I'm overweighted ...!!! I'm 6' 1/2 feet tall and weight 110 kgs .
What should i do to decrease my weight ? Take some weight reducing pills which have side effects ? Do some diets ? And exercise ....??? Quit eating foods and intake liquids .... Please help I'm all messed up ..
Breakfast of Low fat cereal with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk .
Lunch of 1/2 Grilled Chicken with 1 thick large chapati.
Dinner : Eating some fruits with daily vegetables or maybe beans with 2 chapati .
I haven't done any exercise .
I'm 20 years old and weight 110 kgs .
I'm surprised your doctor didn't offer suggestions.
The problem with any quick weightloss program is that when you stop the program, you gain the weight back, often faster than you lost it. Those fat burners have all kinds of problems.
You should increase your exercise. If you dont' exercise now, then start with walking. Go for 20 minutes a day, which is about a mile. Over time, increase your pace and your time.
For food, eat six small meals a day rather than three large ones. That way you don't have to go too long with not eating. Decrease your portions. Reduce salt. One of the best ways to do that is to make your own food rather than buying premade food. Bake instead of fry. More fruits, veggies, and whole grains, less white sugar and white flour. Cut out sodas, they are empty calories. Same with alcohol. Don't cut your calories too much because your metabolism slows down and you stop losing weight and just end up sick.
You can eat, just change what you eat. Also drink a lot more water, eight glasses a day.
