Are stackers 2, that don't say Ephedra Free on them (but stackers 2 in general) bad for a miner?
I am 14, i play soccer and basketball but i am 5'3 and weigh 140 pounds. I want to lose weight but I dont have the extra push to get out there and do something. I currently just started taking "Stacker 2 pills" Do these work? Should I continue to use them? Are they bad for me? Is 200 mlg too much caffeine for me in a day?
You should stop using them. To much caffeine will make you unhealthy.
They don't help you lose weight, they just give you energy to help you be more active .... which means exercising etc.
