would you recommend them??

I don't recommend diet pills for a few reasons....

Most people who take them are overweight due to not eating right and not exercising. They cause the user to lose muscle as well as fat....they also raise the heart rate which can cause serious problems.

Also..once you quit using them....you may find that you're addicted to the caffeine and guarana that they use in them. In other words you'll find that you're more tired and need another stimulant in order to have the same energy level as before you started taking them.

And since you didn't learn to eat right or exercise...you're either going to gain all the weight back...or only lose a little bit of weight while on the pills and therefore have to keep taking them. (by the way...the first 10 pounds are water weight...not fat).

If you seriously want to lose weight...spend the money that you would be using to by the pills and join a gym. Working out with people tend to make you do it more often (because they hold you accountable). Most gyms offer trainers so that they can tailor your workout for what YOU need (diet pills are one size fits none). And if you're sitting there shaking your head saying...I can't afford a gym...then you certainly can't afford diet pills.

And learn about proper portion sizes for your height...and calorie intake. Cutting out all carbs...and other fad diets won't give you the proper nutrician you need for a healthy body. Speak to a nutricianist...they can give you a meal plan to follow that will maximize your weight loss...and also give you the proper nutrients that your body needs.

And lastly Remember......you didn't gain it overnight....you can't properly lose it overnight.
