I need Muscle Building tips?
I weigh 160lb. I have an athletic build and I'm gonna guess %10 body fat.
I want to get to 230-240lb of muscle for football next year, which I know will take some serious work. I want to get a hold of some high protein diets, and some good suggestions for protein powders. My friend also suggested mass tabs, or pills such as it since they stopped selling those, suggestions?
And is it possible to gain 70-80lb of muscle in the next 7 months without steroids? I'm serious about kicking some as-s this year at football, I'm 5'10 and growing, so I'm not the small running back anymore I've got to put some serious explosive muscle weight to bust through everyone. thanks for any tips you all give me.
Cell-Tech and a whole lot of whey protein powder should do the trick. You are gonna have to eat a lot, and work out even harder. Stick to power lifts if you want to get up to the 200's. Whatever the lift is, use the weight you can do 4-5 reps of, and do it every other day(MWF). Once you can do 7-8 reps, add 5 more pounds so you are back to 4 reps. Soon you will do 7-8 reps of that weight and will add 5 more pounds. Keep this up, and you will be amazed at your results.
In 7 months you can definitely get to the 200's. And if you keep it up during the season, you can be 215 by playoffs.
