Mega Green Tea diet pills Good or bad?
Hey Im 20 years old. Im a college sophmore and a little over weight. Lets just say the freshmen 15 got me. I went to walmart and found the Mega green tea diet pills for $4.97 and decided to try them. I was considering slim fast or the equate version. Which one is the best and safest to use? I dont want any deadly health defects!
Well, pills are never as good as the real thing. You lose alot of nutrients in the process to make the pill. So, just stick to drinking tea instead and you'll reap more benefits. There have been studies done that suggest that the tea is good for you, but you don't get benefits from a pill.
