Model Thighs?
I really really really really want stick skinny legs. I already eat healthy (around 1000-1200 calories) and I am at a healthy weight, but my thighs curve out after my knee caps and I dont like it. I tried eating 400 calories daily and working out excessively, but nothing worked. Now, I do about an hour of cardio daily, and just started doing Winsor Pilates. What are some ways I can get stick skinny model thighs? Starvation diet/workout plan/ ect. Im not wearing shorts until I find outt! Thankss!
PS) Im only 13, so no diet pills.
OMG EVERYONEE! I eat perfectly healthy noww, I just want smaller thighs. I used to have a problem, now I eat enough. ALRIGHT?!

Well I know you don't want to hear that and I don't want to say that but you somehow damage your health.I know it,couse when I was your age I had the same "problem",and till some time ago I wanted skinny legs,but I don't want them anymore.Do you know why?I did cardio,fitness,pillates,walk three hours a week besides all that and eating exactlyy 750 calories per day and you know what the results were?I became not only anorexic but I had bulimia also,there were days when I ate just one or two apples and worked out so much that I wasn't able anymore to do things that I like,dancing,have fun with friends(boys that cared for me told me to stop,becouse I'm not just damading my health I was just too skinny,most of boys don't like stick skinny legs,trust me,I'm a model,only boys that wanted just some fun told me that I should stay that skinny).I'm very sincere with you,and I don't tell you to eat more or to stop working out,exercises are very very good,but you say that you are "working out excessively",and there is no good in that girl.As I said,I'm a model,and I got to keep myself in shape,so it will be perfect for you to do two-three hours of working out per week,and eat not in a "calculating calories" way but in a healthy one,don't eat too many sweets,juice,fried food(but sometimes you can eat a chocolate if you want,don't become the calories' slave).In this way,choosing a healthy lifestyle,not just for a month or two,you will have not those lifeless,flaky skinny legs,you will have a toned sexy body,like the girls from the fitness advertisements have,and you will have one more plus in it,eating vegetables and fruits(apples,carrots,cabbage-cabbage has very very low calories and you can eat delicious salads when you want)will help you growing tall and slander,but working out too much and eating unproperly will stop your growing and your metabolism will change in such a way that your body will be always sleepy(even if you think you aren't)and instead of being toned and slim you will be skinny(I mean visualy you will be slim,but you can make a really ugly callulite,that only skinny ppl can do)and flaky.I don't want to scare you or smth but just trying to help you having a superbody.Sorry for such a long answer,hope you are not getting bored.kisses and hope you the best
