i started it today but im not sure if i like it considering i have a huge head ache
and i cant follow most of the diet plan (meals) considering im a vegetarian.
if you dont think this one works whats another pill that is going to boost my metabolism ?
Yes technically it works but it is short term water weight loss. You are better of with a low carb low cal diet
