Diet Defense

Is this a good diet/exercise regime?

I'm getting a bit chunky round the stomach and hips, and have been trying to cut down on snacking, and do some exercise, I don't really get a choice in what I eat for dinner though. Here's what my diet and exercise has been for today:

Breakfast: 2 Raspberry Nutrigrain Bars, and some Apple Juice
Lunch: A Cheese Cob, and 2 Co-op Jam Tarts, and Ribena
Dinner: Southern Fried Chicken & Lemonade (I know that sounds bad, but I rarely have that, that must be the first time in about 4 months)
Snacks: 1 Red Winegum

Exercise: 2 Hours of Football on the street with my friends (but not all that much running, a fair bit was upfront attacking, and I usually prefer to play defense, though I did score 2 :D )

Also, I've heard that the Acai Berry is very effective, where is it sold, (not online shops please), and is there an age that you have to be to buy it?

if you do that every day you should lose weight. The calories you ate and the amount of exercise is right. You have to know every day that you are eating the right amount of calories, and you have to know how much you are burning with exercise, otherwise you are just taking a shot in the dark. You should also try and eat more vegetables, and less refined carbs. Whole grains help block the fat and sugar of the foods you eat.
