Can anyone tell me about a good detox diet that doesn't involve pills? ?
A friend did one that worked that had cayenne pepper, honey, lemon and some other things...but she cant remember it.
or..do you know of any others without having to read a whole book or pay a sign-up fee?
There is no such thing as a good detox diet. Its just another fad hyped and promoted by scam artists seeking access to your wallet.
Think about where and how you hear about these things. Its always via informercials or other commercial advertising, never from anyone with actual medical, fitness, or nutrition credentials.
