How can I lose 15 pounds by Dec.15. I work 2 jobs eat once a day don't have time eat & no time to exercise

A mother of two and . . . . .
also taking Healthcare Herbal Weight Loss Deit Pills (maximum Strength) what are some other things a can do. I am currently 27, 157 pounds, 5'5.

Try having high protein snacks at least twice a day. Beef jerky is the best, but a protein bar can work too. There are other things, but from my experience those are the easiest and most convenient. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and pay attention to what that one meal a day is. Make the calories count!

If you are eating only once a day, most likely your metabolism is not working up to full speed. Ice water, and high protein/low calorie snacks will help keep your metabolism working. Most diet pills only curb your hunger. They don't increase metabolism or help you burn calories, even if they claim they do...

Also, buy a pedometer and keep it on your sock or the waist line of your pants during the day. Track how many steps you get, and do little things to build this up. Parking farther away from the building, taking the stairs, etc.
