Colon cleanse?

Don't bother with a colon cleanse unless your doctor has said it's necessary. You can get the same effect by drinking a lot of water and taking a fiber supplement like metamucil.
Your colon doesn't need cleansing, it does a very good job of this all by itself. Just make sure you drink plenty of water and eat a diet high in fibre and you shouldn't ever have to worry about cleaning your colon.
