What is the Recipe for the Master Cleanse diet by the gallon?
I am thinking about doing the Master Cleanse diet for 10 days to detox and drop some junk food weight that I know I have gained... I am going to be starting a diet of exercizing and eating right and I want to start fresh. Does anyone know what the recipe is to make this diet by the gallon so I can keep it in the fridge and not make it by the glass? N E help would be appreciated. THANX!
I don't recommend the master cleanse diet. Have you tried it before? I remember how last winter I wanted to do it for a week just for starters. The first day was so painful. I got such a bad headache and my breath got icky because I wasn't eating anything (did you know eating can actually help your breath to an extent?). I've read of other people complaining about the headaches and what not from doing that cleanse. I'd scratch it from your list of things to try because it's just not really worth it. If you want to clean out your system, try drinking senna teas like once (maybe even twice) every few weeks....much more effective.
