Is bad to take laxative everyday? How often should you take laxative and colon cleansers?
I've noticed that some detox systems require you to cleanse everyday. Does the same go for you stomach?
Hi, That is a good question. Laxatives & colon cleansers are meant an intervention only. Prolonged repeated use is highly discouraged. allot of people are getting hooked on laxatives & cleansers as it helps them compensate for damage their unhealthy lifestyles are causing.
the fundamentals to health are eat right, sleep right & exercise right. in regards to your colon the most imporatant part would be eating right. Make sure you have an adequate intake of dietary fiber & are eating lots of fruits & vegetables.
please don't use laxatives or colon cleansers more than they are absolutely needed. there are some that can almost seem to work miracles but it is still just a bandage to cover a syptom when we need to fix the root problem, our lifestyles.
if you do need to take a laxative or colon cleanse (and we all do at some point) then I would recomend only an all natural product. anything with chemicals is just dangerous to be putting in your body.
