Are liquid L-Carnitine, CLA, and 7-KETO worth the price if I want to burn fat and get a flat stomach?

I am on an exercise routine and I was recommended these supplements saying they will burn fat 3x faster than normal, is this true, or should I just stick to a natural diet of high protein and veggies to accomplish my fat burning goals?

Carnitine is a quaternary ammonium compound biosynthesized from the amino acids lysine and methionine. In living cells, it is required for the transport of fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria during the breakdown of lipids (or fats) for the generation of metabolic energy.
It is a very popular dietary supplement due to the fact that it has a wide variety of health benefits and it is considered relatively safe.
Conjugated linoleic acid has been showed to reduce body fat, especially abdominal fat.
3-acetyl-7-oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone is a metabolite of the hormone dehydroepiandrosterone.

There are no contra-indications for taking these supplements, however I would only take L-Carnitine and maybe CLA. "7-KETO" levels can be increased by consuming certain meat/dairy products easily.
You may increase your fat burning by up to 20% by taking all three, in the best case scenario.

Proper exercise and a correct diet is the key. Don't forget to also get animal protein (milk, eggs, meat) as they have a higher biological value and are more "complete" then vegetable proteins .
