What diet pills would you recommend?
Which of these (if any) would you recommend for weight loss? (And yes, I know that exercise and diet can help you lose weight, but I have tried everything excluding surgery and I'm desperate!)

I don't want to have surgery as I feel that's just too drastic. I would try a course of one of these tablets if they were safe. I have been exercising and dieting for 18 months now but I still can't shift the weight.
My doctor says that I should just keep dieting and exercising but I still have only lost about 8 lbs over 18 months when I need to lose around 50-60lbs. I wouldn't ask if I wasn't desperate.
