Nitric Oxide formulas are basically Arginine. The AKG part I have read is just Glutamine. However, I have read that the glutamine in AKG is amonia free. Can I combine an Arginine pill with regular Glutamine to for Nitric Oxide? Why pay big bucks for the Nitric Oxide formulas at the store if I can make a cheap and effective version. Ingredients are basically AAKG, Creatine and Caffeine. I am taking an Argine/Ornithine pill with Glutamine in Gatorade with Creatine and I drink an energy drink for the caffeine.
