Carb Blocker Blockers
Do carb blockers work?
I lost about 25 pounds in the last three months. I am happy thin. Now, summer is here and there will be some BBQs to attend. I love hot dogs, backed beans, potato salad and all the good stuff. I want to know what success people have had with carb blockers and fat blockers like Alli.
I've only tried the 2 week free sample of ALLI, so I'm not sure if my opinion counts, but I can say that it did work for me. I lost 7lbs during that time. The only thin that I didn't like about it was that it gave me diarrhea for the first couple of days until I adjusted my fat intake ( I was eating too much 
)
