lean energizer and max. caffein intake?
i bought a fat burner called "Natural choice Lean energizer".
This product is intended for weight loss and should be taken 2capsules with meal for three times a day.
Today, I took 4 capsules and I feel like my heart beat became so fast as I drink a big can of energy drink.
Each capsule contains
200mg of L-Carnitine 2, Calcium Pyruvate, Mau Huang(Standardized for 8% ephedrine), Chromium Picolinate, and 150mg of Kola nut(standardized for 50% caffeine), and 25mg of White Willow, and 10mg of B-6.
is the caffein intake too much for a day? and are these pills dangrous to take everyday?
no. got it from nutrition house..
It's the Ephedrine, caffeine and white willow combined that's really doing the damage here.
It's not all that much, I take EC stacks 3 times a day. I stay away from the aspirin (white willow same deal). If you're susceptible to hypertension you should stop taking it.
~You probably don't know what an EC stack is, I take 3X8mg of ephedrine, plus 200mg of caffein three times a day. that really gets my heart going, but I deal. You have to drink tones of water when taking anything that has ephedrine in it. I should mention that it is illegal to use ephedrine as a weight loss supplement, people have died. Did you get those pills online? ~
