LIPOVOX > Would it be safe to...?

I have recently purchased Lipovox, Diet/Acne/Wrinking Pills, Whether they work aside and whether you should take pills aside, The bottle states that You should take 1-3 pills before Breakfast and Lunch, But I have never been good at taking medaince and things so I wanted to know whether it would be safe to Spinkle it on toast or even add it with a bit of ice cream ( as that is more liquid) as I dont think I will be able to take this even with another favor drink, I have serched the internet for the suppiler and I have no luck, if anyone has any knowledge please share your thoughts.

Yeah to sprinkle it on food take it in ice cream or apple sauce what ever works for you to help you take the medicine. It won't hurt you to do this I do this for my patients at work when they cant swallow very well.
