need directions for apidexin/detoxufree 72 .?
anyone know the directions?
i read that you take DF72 then after
that bottle you take apidexin.
DetoxUFree72: Take 3 capsules approximately 30 minutes before morning and afternoon meals with at least 12 ounces of water. Do not take for more than 3 consecutive days. Take Apidexin the day after you finish the bottle.
Apidexin: Take 1 capsule 30-60 minutes before breakfast and lunch. Take with 12 ounces of water.
