Bloat Flush
Does drinking too much of water at a one go bloat your stomach?
How much time it takes to flush the system?
I think it definitely causes bloating. I know when I drink too much water at once, I can also feel a little sick to my stomach.
Depending on the health of your kidneys would determine the amount of time for flushing your system.
I believe drinking small amounts of water throughout the day is most effective.
