I just started taking cafine-free hydroxy cut does this diet pill really work & are there any bad side effects?

I used Hydroxycut for about a month and a half and it really worked for me... but a few of my friends tried it and they either didn't like it or it didn't work for them. I honestly think they just didn't give it enough of a chance. I used the Extreme ones or whatever they were called... they did have caffeine in them and I was pretty spracked at first, but my body got used to the caffeine. Make sure to eat when you take them and drink LOTS of water to process them better. You still have to have a good diet and exercise to lose weight, but i dropped about 15 pounds in the time I took it. So yes, it works. Just take it the way they tell you to, don't stop if it's making you feel bad, and make sure to eat after you take it and drink a lot of water so it doesn't make you feel sick. Good luck!
