Anabolic diet- was on it for 6 weeks, then took a 10 day "break"- do I need another 12 day induction?
Just to preface, this is not a discussion about the pros / cons / your personal opinions of the anabolic diet, so don't bother.
Been on the anabolic diet for a bout 6 weeks, and so far it's going awesome. I've seen strength gains and fat loss (at the same time!) so I want to keep going with it. I went on vacation the beginning of the month and was "off" the anabolic diet. I wasn't eating horrible, just definitely not within the bounds of the anabolic diet for about 10 days. Just came back on monday and went right back to AD. so far so good, seem to be adapting pretty quick (definitely quicker than the initial 12 day induction). My question is, do I do my normal weekend carbup, or continue on with another 12-day induction? If I do decide to do a carbup, it'll probably be clean (oats, whole grain bread, fruits, starches) and short (12-24 hours). My typical carbup is between 24-36 hours. Thanks!
I would take a few extra days for the ketosis effect to kick back in.
