automatic refills in Pharmacies?
I asked the Rite Aid employee to cancel my birth control automatic refills because my copay is too high and I want my doctor to switch me to a cheaper pill but that will take time (getting an appoint, etc). Anyway, the lady just told me "yes, we'll cancel it" but didn't do anything in the computer even though I insisted, I am not going back but I want to make sure I won't get billed or anything, I asked them to cancel the auto-refill thing... will I get charged?
You won't get charged until you pick up your prescription and pay for it. If you did, complain to customer service or the store supervisor.
